Michael Mulcahy, Advisor

Michael Mulcahy is the Vice President of Global Alliances & Partnership at Compaq, overseeing the identification, formation and management of Compaq’s global alliances. He also achieved extensive managerial experience through various appointments at senior management level with high-tech companies in business-to-business (Artios, Inc.), and venture capital fund management (Compaq, Enron Capital & Trade, McKinsey & Company). Mr. Mulcahy holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and
graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Stephen Perkins, Advisor

Stephen Perkins spent the last several years as a venture capitalist. Since mid-2000 his focus has been to help technology companies develop and execute strategic relationships. Previously Stephen was an independent consultant evaluating venture capital opportunities in the network infrastructure and semiconductor industries. Formerly with Crosslink Capital, the seven investments he worked on included the fund's two best returns. Stephen was also with Robertson Stephens covering more than a dozen companies in the telecommunications equipment industry. In addition to developing industry-leading research, he was involved in five financings for private and public companies. Stephen graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and has studied at the London School of Economics.

Mark Weisberger, Advisor

Mark Weisberger is Vice President and General Manager of the E-marketplace Division at Vignette. Before that, he was Vice President in direct sales and support for OnDisplay. Previously, he was Director of Sales at OrTech, managing the reselling Oracle applications. Before OrTech, he was Area Sales Director at Dun & Bradstreet Software. Mark obtained his MBA and BSBA from the University of Arkansas.

Dr. Guanron Ron Chen, Advisor

Dr. Guanron Ron Chen is Chaired Professor and Director of B2B Centre of Research at the City University of Hong Kong, China. He is also under joint appointment as Professor in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Houston - University Park. Before that, he served as the Visiting Assistant Professor at Rice University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Dr. Chen's main research pursuit is in intelligent systems, Internet communications, and robotics, about which he authored several books and journal research papers. Dr. Chen received a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University, and a
M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Sun Yat-sen University, China.
