Thuy Mai, Director

CEO of DIcentral Corporation. He is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the company. Mr. Mai has led DIcentral to strategic Affiliations that have positioned the company as a leading business-to-business data integration Solution provider.Mr. Mai was a co-founder of Maingate Corporation, which merged with As the Chief Technical Officer of Maingate, he oversaw the development and implementation of WebDI product. Prior with Maingate Corp, Thuy worked for United Space Alliance/Unisys working for NASA as a Supervisor of the System Software Shuttle Mission Simulator Group. Prior with NASA, Thuy worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories as a Technical Lead of the 5ESS/ISDN System Resource Performance Group. Thuy received a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and obtained a one-year credit in the Ph.D. Computer Science Program from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Trung Pham, Director

CTO of DIcentral Corporation. Mr. Pham is responsible for managing the development of DIcentral's service and product technology and for continuing the evolution of DIcentral's serviceofferings. Dr. Pham was a professor in MIS at the University of Houston - Clear Lake. During that time, he served as a technical advisor for Maingate Corporation. He also served as a consultant for Wyle Corporation on database exchange and automated data transfer. Previously, he worked at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace as a staff engineer conducting independent research on automations and robotics for the NASA space program. Prior with McDonnell Douglas, he worked at Lockheed as a senior engineer developing and implementing automations software for prototype robots at NASA. Previous to that, he workedas a process engineer for GeoSpace and Seiscom for geophysical signal processing. Trung obtained his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering at Rice University, and his MBA degree at the University of Houston - Clear Lake.

Daniel Carroll Sr., Director

Mr. Carroll is the Chairman of The Carroll Group, a consulting firm specializing in business strategies. Mr. Carroll has had over 50 years of management experience, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoover Universal Inc., President & Chief Operating Officer of Gould Inc., and President of the Management Consulting Division of Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. Earlier he was employed by the Navy Department as a management engineer. In addition to service on the boards of several closely held businesses, Mr. Carroll has held directorships in twenty publicly held corporations and has served two of the latter corporations as the non-executive Chairman of the Board. He holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College, obtained an MA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, and pursued doctoral studies in Political Science and Social Psychology at the University of Chicago.

Trung Dung, Director

Trung Dung is currently the founder and chief executive officer of Fogbreak Software. Fogbreak is creating enterprise business applications to optimize supply chain flexibility and liability. Fogbreak is well-funded by a group of blue-chips investors: Matrix Partners, Greylock, and Sigma Partners. Prior to founding Fogbreak, Trung was the founder, chief technology officer and chief strategy officer of OnDisplay, Inc., a pioneer in the development of business-to-business application integration technology. Trung grew OnDisplay from a product concept to an enterprise software company that was one of the 10 most successful IPOs of 1999 and ultimately acquired by Vignette Corporation in 2000 for $1.8 billion. Prior to OnDisplay, Trung was an early Senior Engineer at Open Market, the first developer of Internet commerce software. Trung has completed postgraduate work in Computer Science at Boston University and holds bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts. Trung's personal and professional story has been profiled in many leading publications including Forbes, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and the San Francisco Chronicle, as well as in Dan Rather's book "The American Dream".

Truc Do, Director

Mr. Do is currently CEO of Magnolia Capital LLC, a private equity fund specializing in technology and educational services. Mr. Do had over 10 years of investment management in high-level positions with Merrill Lynch, Nomura, Lazard, and SoundView Technology Group (1992-2002). Most recently, he was a Director at Lazard focusing on technology equity research, managing a team of research professionals. In 1996, Mr. Do also founded and managed 3V Finance & Investments, a successful investment advisory and private equity firm in Vietnam. In addition, Mr. Do has over 7 years with AT&T in engineering, marketing, and management positions (1985-1992). Mr. Do acquired his MBA degree from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania in 1992, a MS in Electrical Engineering from University of California in 1986, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State in 1985.
